The Oklahoma Chapter of the Association of College and Research Libraries, Inc. (OK-ACRL), promotes participation in our events by all individuals and will honor accommodation requests whenever possible. Due to limited funds, OK-ACRL is unable to provide accommodations that require significant costs. However, we are happy to work with other organizations and individuals to make possible accommodation arrangements.

Service animals and personal assistants are welcome free of charge at OK-ACRL events so long as the physical space can accommodate them.

Large-print materials are available by request.

If necessary accommodations are not available for an individual, OK-ACRL will refund their pre-paid registration fees.
